MMD Horizon 20 year Taskforce
MMD is forming a Strategic Committee to shape our 20‑year roadmap, and we’re inviting committed community members to take part. Over the next 12 months, this team will study community needs, review MMD’s operations, study successful Mandal models, and deliver actionable recommendations for our future. Focus areas include adapting to evolving community needs, expanding membership, strengthening our service to Detroit, increasing outreach impact, and building capacity for larger, more inclusive events.
